Learn to abseil on Mount Tinbeerwah near Noosa and experience the region’s scenery.

Unlike other extreme adventures, abseiling isn’t over in seconds or minutes. You’ll spend the day enjoying great abseils with breath taking views of the Cooloolah Region as you abseil off Mount Tinbeerwah cliffs.

Your abseiling adventure starts with a safety briefing followed by a few abseils on some nursery cliff-faces (20-metres) before moving up to the 35-metre cliffs. After you lunch, you can challenge yourself with more abseils and for the dare-devils in the group, a 50-metre abseil awaits! The return to the top of the cliff is easy so you can get multiple abseils off the 50-metre face. Best of all, this abseiling adventure allows you to progress at your own pace and in an atmosphere that allows you to challenge yourself.

Each session follows our proven outline of:

• Safety brief,
• Equipment familiarity,
• Demonstration of techniques (by the instructor),
• Practice abseils,
• Belay training 'belayed' (a way of preventing you from falling to the ground) on every abseil, and
• As many abseils on the main cliffs as you can fit in.
