  Fantastic workshop- informative- learnt so many 'tricks of the trade' in such a short time and felt very comfortable learning things about my camera that I was totally unaware of! Penny was extremely helpful,positive and encouraging and the course notes will hopefully assist my ability to remember everything!

  My experience was simply a fun day out with like minded people, learning about and practicing photography. Penny (the host) made sure that each individual understood her and was really encouraging / supportive. I really enjoyed the whole day.

  Found the photography workshop to be very helpful and we weren't overloaded with information. Sometimes when one gets a little older it is hard to take in and retain lots of info over a short time.

  Very enjoyable, loved the walk and learning the setting on my camera i didnt know how to use before, but i would like to have had more 1 on 1 time, but i will probably book a solo session next time.

  Penny gave us a very warm welcome; she gave us very clear instructions and allowed time for us to try things and experience them. She paced the teaching very well and eplained clearly what we would have done or should have done and then allowed time to practice. I would certainly recommend her to friends

  That was a very useful course regarding how to use light and colors settings in order to take great pictures with you own camera. Now I just have to practise all I learnt to improve my photography skills. Thank you so much Penny, that was a lovely and really interesting experience ! Violette

  Very enjoyable and beneficial course. The instructor to student ratio is great so that each person has one-to-one contact with Penny. Great beginner course and got me motivated to explore photography more (travel course sounds great!). Really enjoyed taking photos of the stained glass inside the church! Handouts are good because I will no doubt forget a couple points. Not much negative feedback/critisism that I can think of. Thank you Penny.

  Loved the photographic course. Lots of one on one interaction and it covered the basics of all facets of photography. Forced you to use the things you have always wondered about but never got to actually using (white balance, ISO etc) How do you take the best low-light shots in a Cathedral - go to the photographic course and find out. A great course.

  I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn how to get the most out of their camera. Penny was brilliant and provided us with one on one attention regarding the types of photos we were taking, the settings on our cameras needed for them and any other assistance we needed. If you go on this course you won't regret it!
