A very good Short course on Night photography with a carefully scripted walk through scenic spots at circular quay.. highly recommended for photographers interested in learning how to take low light shots.

A handout with all the information covered would have been a good idea. So much information and not enough time to take sufficient notes.

I experienced problems because of poor eyesight in low light conditions, and mobility problems being an amputee and found the light painting just too difficult to take photos on my knees with the camera vertical, but apart from that I really enjoyed the three hours with Ben. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to people doing night photography for the first time. I ended up learning so much.

The description of the course was spot-on - I can now use my camera to take a variety of night shots, including the use of a few "tricks" to get special effects. The workshop instructor was attentive to everyone and answered all our questions.

Course was great learnt some really neat tricks with the camera but thought it was a bit too advanced and would have liked some more basic explanations about functions otherwise make it more clear that the course would suit someone with slightly more experience. Our instructor was really helpful though and very patient!

Session was great, not too complicated that it only covered the pros but not too basic that it only covered the real basics. Only complaint was the number of people in the session, everyone seemed to trip over each other. Tutor was also very good.
