Get behind the wheel of this sweet ride and take a step back in time. You'll be amazing at how a car almost 50 years old can propel you so fast and in such style.
Take her out on the open road! Cruise out to Windsor for the famous Sunday markets, up to Berowra Waters or discover the Sutherland Shire. Blue Mountain hairpin bends beg for your attendance, or maybe you'd like a casual lunch down in Wollongong or Bowral?
With no particular place to go, this day is yours and yours alone!
This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Venue:
This magnificent car can be picked up from Lane Cove, or delivered to your door for an additional fee.
Session Length
This experience is a full day hire on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday throughout the year, excluding public holidays and subject to availability. Pick up is from 8am and drop off is by 6pm.
Guidelines:
Drivers need to have their full license, and be over 25 years old. You can't have had more than 4 driving offences or 3 accidents in the last 5 years - that's pretty generous! The MGB Roadster has a manual transmission.
Numbers:
It's a two-seater. This experience is valid for 1driver and 1 passenger. Additional driver coverage can be included for $25 per driver per day, payable on the day.
Weather:
The car does have a hood (which doesn't leak - much!). But if the weather is wet and windy, you can defer to another available date at no extra cost - conditions apply.
Other Info:
Bring your ETag if you have one, sunscreen and a camera... although you may visit all your friends on the way, you're gonna want proof! A security deposit of $1500 is payable at the start of the day.

We had a very enjoyable day, cruising in the "B" down through the Royal National Park & the coast road, over the Seacliff Bridge to Wollongong. The MG was well presented, and drove like an MG should, never missing a beat. Keith & Maggy were a delight to deal with, very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this experience without hesitation.

We both really enjoyed the experience. As a young man, when these cars came on the market , I would always stare enviously at them as they went past , it was great to finally fulfill that boyhood dream to actually drive one! It was amazing driving along , wind through the hair , low to the ground, felt like you were zipping along faster than you actually were, of course .Even though the weather turned wet around noon , we quickly put the canopy on [as explained to us when we picked up the car t...We both really enjoyed the experience. As a young man, when these cars came on the market , I would always stare enviously at them as they went past , it was great to finally fulfill that boyhood dream to actually drive one! It was amazing driving along , wind through the hair , low to the ground, felt like you were zipping along faster than you actually were, of course .Even though the weather turned wet around noon , we quickly put the canopy on [as explained to us when we picked up the car that morning ] ,and felt as snug as a bug and continued our journey unperturbed. The car went very well all day. A great day !! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a day out with a difference!
