Whether you use your bike or scooter to commute or to enjoy your favourite stretch of twisties; whether you’ve been riding for 10 minutes or 10 years; if you want to develop your riding skills, rid yourself of bad habits or learn new techniques to make you a better, safer rider, then this course is for you.

Over 5.5hrs, 1hr classroom and 4.5hrs on-road, using your own bike, you will learn skills necessary to become a more confident, smoother & safer rider.

• mental approach to riding

Trainers utilise the lead / follow technique, where they will lead and demonstrate the technique, then follow the student and watch them perform the technique. Riders will receive plenty of individual feedback throughout the day. Wherever possible, trainers will use video cameras to assist rider development. Group size is limited to ensure appropriate individual attention.
