Take the Lotus Exige to the limit around an awesome race track! The hour has come... this experience is 10 exceptional laps in one of the world's hottest sports cars! Go as fast as you like under expert instruction - if you feel the need, the need for speed, you've found the perfect place!

Be introduced to your personal driving coach. A safety briefing will follow, with information you about high-speed driving, cornering and the ins and outs of performance cars.

It's time to begin... you're in beside your highly-qualified coach, who will talk you through every corner until you're comfortable with the racing lines and your ability. Time for a quick photo shoot and from there it's all you! The session is intensive one on one training, for a full 10 laps! What can possibly be cooler than driving a Lotus as fast as it will go!?

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

This experience alternates between Queensland Raceway (near Ipswich), Morgan Park Raceway (Warwick) and Norwell near the Gold Coast. Please give us a call if you need a particular date or track.

Session Length

Allow an hour from start to finish. Available dates Queensland Raceway -11/2/2011, 10/3/2011, 9/6/2011, 1/9/2011, 9/12/2011. Morgan Park 22/2/2011, 26/3/2011, 17/5/2011, 2/7/2011, 16/18/2011, 27/11/2011.Norwell 7/8/2011, 24/9/2011.

Guidelines:

Drivers will need to show their manual drivers license, either Ps or better. You must be drug and alcohol free - we will turn you away if we think you're affected. Max height 185cm; max weight 120kgs, and relatively flexible to get into the car! Not suitable for pregnant women or heart conditions!

Numbers:

When in the car you will be one on one with a race instructor.

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome at a cost of $10pp payable on the day which includes trackside entry, soft drinks, tea and coffee.”

Weather:

If the experience needs to be canceled due to adverse weather, we'll reschedule the experience at no cost to you.

    It was a great experience driving a Lotus Exige (fantastic car) on a real race track with an experienced instructor giving constant feedback and advice on how to improve. While the 10 laps are over quite quickly, the memories of the speed and cornering forces will live on forever. The start time of my drive was delayed quite a lot but this was mainly due to the race-track officials and in the main, not due to the Lotus Race Experience organisation.

    Had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed it. Greg was a great instructor and I would love to go back for another go!
