Main Description
Depending on how adventurous you want to be the flight can be tailored to your requirements e.g. you can choose what airport you use, weather conditions, time of day, night, dusk or dawn and whether you would like to fly a 180 passenger jet under the Sydney Harbour bridge etc.
And, the experience is suitable for those without any flight knowledge right up to airline pilots! And, don’t worry about flight jitters... anyone can do it with the help of the friendly commercial pilot instructors. So, why not give it a go and enjoy a unique experience?
Two of your friends can watch you fly for FREE from the jump seats in the cockpit or from our CCTV in the lounge area.
The flight simulator is located at Bankstown Airport, with plenty of free parking available right outside the premises.

60 minutes in the simulator, available 7 days a week.

There are no restrictions.
Numbers:
The voucher is valid for 1person, however there is an extra seat in the simulator so a spectator can join you.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome, there is a seat in the simulator that can be used by a spectator.

Great experience, was very similar to the old microsoft flight sim games however with the added realism of being surrounded by proper instruments. Highly recommended for anyone interested in planes/flying.

The flight simulator was a Christmas Gift. The guys at Bankstown were excellent. There were two of us with a one hour session each & we were able to do it together.....we had a ball.

the experience on an A 320 simulator was fantastic and I enjoyed immensely. i have flown a great deal commercially and also as a flying doctor for around three months and the set up was excellent although the "pilot perhaps only momentarily was a little difficult to understand I soon understood him.The whole exercise was excellent and I thoroughly recommend it. It is not the first RedBalloon experience I have had and will not be the last

The1 hour was fantastic but to short it was so much fun. You arrive and say hello and within a couple of minutes you have just taken off. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Not only did I enjoy the experience - but it was a real eye opener as to what goes on in the cockpit in reality. Had agreat time and would recommend to others. Many thanks to our Trainer Philip Sasan Tayebi for his excellent explanation of everything and his patience. There were not too many buildings, passengers or runways left standing when this bloke was at the landing controls.

The experience exceeded expectation. The instructor had a sound knowledge of aircraft and was generous with his explanations. To be able to take off and land in two very different airports was fantastic.

Flight simulator experience was excellent. Pilot who conducted simulator flight was also excellent. He was very knowledgable and passed on this knowledge and his experience during the course of the simulator flight. You don't need to be a budding or wannabe pilot to enjoy this experience either. I'm 62 so a career as an A320 pilot has long since passed me by yet I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I loved my Sim experience. It was very realistic and much more challenging than I ever expected. The movement in the cockpit was unexpected and at times I did feel a little sick. The whole experience was fantastic and well worth the price.

The flight simulator experience was excellent, educational, and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and very competent. It's a pity my initial landing of the A320 was not as good as i had hoped but I am sure it wont be too difficult to get all the mud off of the wheels and undercarriage. : )
