  We had an amazing time, our pilot was grate he introduced us to the flying word and was a excellent tour guide too. We loved it and once on ground fealt like wanting to do it again!!! It's a wonderfull way to get to know this beautiful city better. An experience that I will absolutely suggest Red balloon team was very efficient and helpfull I will definitely use it again and suggest it to all my friends

  The whole experience from booking on the RedBalloon website to the actual flight was great. Choosing the day and time to go was easy, then we had another family member visiting us that weekend so was able to include him on the experience as well. The heliport guys were extremely professional, friendly and very flexible. Would absolutely recommend it to friends - locals as well as tourists.

  Excellent experience the helicopter flight was awesome and the pilot was very experienced. RedBalloon's helpful staff were great as my voucher expired by one day and they extended it for another month. Highly recommend this service and now looking at doing a photography workshop. Thank you for the great experience.

  This was a xmas gift from a friend who had already done another Heli experience. We were very happy and impressed by this experience and were wonderfully surprised how great Sydney looked from a helicopter! Wow! highly recommend :)

  The whole thing was great. All very professional and the flight itself was spectacular. We even had a cloudy day and I was worried that would ruin it, but it didn't, if anything it made it better!

  The flight itself was fantastic, albeit that it was over in such a short time (20 mins). I haven't stopped telling people about it but would have appreciated a little more time in the air. Even another 10 mins would add value to the experience.

  The first experience I booked was for a weekend flight, which i never realised but was booked for a Wednesday. Upon re-booking, the time I booked was not available and moved forward to early to allow me time to make it after an interstate flight Both times I was contacted by the flight operators for the changes

  What a fabulous gift! It was wonderful to be able to 'place' and see spots in Sydney that we have come to know (and love) over the past 25 years of living here from a different perspective. Funnily enough the overcast conditions were ideal: there was no glare and it was easy to follow the wake of boats on the Harbour. Bruce's commentary hit the right spot and his style was very reassuring for first time helicopter passengers!

  This experience was in leiu of a flight simulator experience and I was initially disappointed to have to take the helicopter flight. However, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the professionalism of staff who went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed it. All safety procedures were explained clearly and even though the flight was delayed due to a storm, it was amazing to fly over the harbour and beach at sunset. Thank you!

  The pilot as well as Chris, who gave us instructions on what to do, were very friendly. The safety precautions given to us by Chris were very important and made me feel at ease in the beginning. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience. I only wish that it was a bit longer.

  Some sort of momento to remember the experience, a photo in the helicopter or something would have been nice. There wasnt much of an opportunity to take a photo as you were in a hanger most of the time. Otherwise I very much enjoyed the flight.

  It was so easy to book and give a truly unique gift. The staff were friendly and the pilot pointed out land marks which was great as it looks so different up there. I have a fear of heights but did not feel any anxiety at all. I was on a "high" for hours afterwards. A great experience, would love to do another one soon.

  It was wonderful we were unable to fly due to bad weather on our set date however James the pilot was able to set another suitable date for us and we can't praise him enough he was really fantastic and exceeded our expectations I will highly recommend this experience to friends and family
