A sunrise balloon flight over the Yarra Valley is a truly remarkable experience, and you can make this even more memorable by booking an exclusive flight. This could be the perfect time to proclaim your love...or even pop the question?

On the morning of your flight we will pick you up from your city or local hotel approximately 30 minutes before first light. Your pilot will give you a short briefing and you'll be transported to the launch site where you may help with the launch or stand back and take pictures. Then it's up and away, just the two of you and your pilot in the basket of the balloon, drifting gently over the Yarra Valley, one of Victoria's most spectacular winery regions.

Let the breeze usher you along the corridors of grape vines and over the Yarra River as you take in the breathtaking views of mountains that surround the valley.

Your flight lasts for approximately 60 minutes and during this time, to add to the romance and magic, you and your partner will share a bottle of Chandon sparkling.

After we make our landing and to complete the perfect morning, you will head to Yarra Valley's finest hotel, Chateau Yering, for a champagne breakfast.

Session Length

Flights operate daily, subject to weather conditions and availability. We meet at the launch site 30 minutes before first light - exact time confirmed the evening before your flight. Your flight will be approximately 60 minutes, and you should allow several hours for the entire experience.

Guidelines:

Minimum fitness level required. Passengers need to be able to climb into the basket and stand for the hour’s flight. You must inform us of any medical conditions that may preclude you flying e.g. back problems. Not suitable for women who are more than 12 weeks pregnant.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for two people. This is a very special exclusive hot air balloon flight so it will be just the two of you and your pilot in the basket!

Spectators:

Not suitable for spectators.

Weather:

In the case of windy, wet miserable weather the flight may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion. Flights are usually confirmed the night before your experience.

Suitability Information:

This experience may be suitable for people with a hearing impairment.

Cancellation Policy:

You will lose the full cost of your flight if you fail to show up for your flight. You may send someone else in your place if you wish - please let us know the name of the replacement person before the flight. * Within 48 hours prior: No changes are permitted - passengers are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforseen circumstances including being unwell to fly due to illness. Under no circumstances will flights be refunded or re-scheduled if passengers cancel or do not show up on the day. * Between 48 hours and 7 days prior: A non-refundable $50 per person rebooking fee will be charged directly payable to the supplier; weekday flights will need to be re-scheduled on a weekday flight only, excluding public holidays. * Bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to a flight date cannot be refunded. * Accommodation and Wine tour packages are non-refundable and should the flight be cancelled due to inclement weather this does not apply.
