Need to Know

This team building experience near Orange allows your team to spend quality time together that will be effective, enjoyed and remembered! Your team will return to work rejuvenated with memories of sharing a magnificent flight, a vineyard breakfast and followed by a red wine blending challenge!

After being welcomed to your accomodation, your team will be treated to wine tasting and a private gourmet dinner at Taste Canowindra. This leaves the door open for all manner of conversation, from food and wine to history of the local area.

Then to the highlight of the Stay, Sky and Wine Team Building. The next morning just before dawn, your team will be greeted by our Chief Pilot and crew, and transferred to the launchsite in our beloved Troupie (troop carrier). The launchsite changes everyday and our award-winning team works together to inflate the grand balloon (another lesson for the team!) Without any height fears, thanks to the gradual rise, your team is free to chat happily about the wonderful things they will experience - low-level flying over the hills, amazing new views of the horizon, the majesty of being above the clouds. The Belubula Valley has never been seen like this, as you reach exhilirating heights of up to 2000 metres! What a joy to have that experience in common with your workmates!

After your landing, 'the team' will help the crew to pack the magnificent giant of the skies away. Then you will be driven to a local vineyard to enjoy a champagne breakfast and exclusive wine blending workshop under the direction of the winemaker where team members will be pitted against each other the blend the best red wine. Team building at its very best!

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

This experience departs from an easy-to-find location in a small town between Cowra and Orange.

Session Length

With afternoon check-in and late check out, this experience is long enough to take your time! The experience runs throughout the year, but booking is necessary.

Guidelines:

Passengers weighing over 115kgs will need to pay a surcharge. Women over 12 weeks pregnant can not participate.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for 8 participants, and group sizes are a maximum of 16. Between 8 and 16 people, each participant incurs a cost of $550.

Spectators:

Not only are spectators welcome, they're encouraged! It is only $25 for every additional person to come along to the launch and the vineyard/champagne breakfast. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like to bring a few people along.
