On arrival for your Gourmet Luxury Escape you and your partner will be warmly welcomed with valet parking, checked in and shown to your stylishly decorated guest room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and offer modern amenities, including large marble bathrooms with plush towelling and robes. You'll also enjoy relaxing views of the lush gardens or the plunging valley from The Lounge.
You and your partner will savour a three course meal for two in Darley’s Restaurant- awarded two chef's hats by the most respected food critics in the land. Awarded Best Regional Restaurant amongst fierce competition, Darley's has an amazing serene way about it, non-pretentious, perfect for your wonderful getaway.
This experience includes full use of the spa and health club to assist you in your pursuit of relaxation and of course you will have two days to take in all that the beautiful Blue Mountains have to offer, including incredible views, breath taking walks and pretty townships including Leura and Katoomba.

We had a great time. The service from the time we arrived to the time we checked out was excellent. The room was everything we expected from 5 star accommodation. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The only negative is we only had a one night stay. Going back for our anniversary.

The 3 course meal we had at "Darleys" was one of the best food and service experiences we have had at a restaurant. The meal was absolutely fantastic..and service impeccable. We also opted for massages upon arrival from the Day Spa..a great way to relax..and unwind. You really don't have to do anything else if you don't want to.....I would highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a quiet "getaway" or a short break.
