Excellent hotel in an excellent spot, all it promised to be . Found redballoons website difficult to navigate thru to redeem vouchers , once mastered everything was ok.

The whole experience was fantastic. The service from the staff at the hotel in Wooloomooloo was second to none - every single little detail was thought of. Not sure what my favourite part was - the superb room, the awesome views, the chocolate fondue, the beautiful breakfast or the gorgeous little teddy. Thanks for a wonderful experience that I will never forget.

Lovely hotel, got a surprise upgrade to a marina view room, beautiful view of the Sydney skyline especially at night. Hotel service was great. An easy walk through the Botanical Gardens to the Hotel from Circular Quay.

We had an amazing time and were totally captivated by the history of the wharf and how well the character of the old days has been maintained with a beautiful modern decor. The room was absolutely impeccable and I have stayed in numerous hotels and this is certainly in the top ten! My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay in the massive comfy bed, large room and awesome location. The service was first class and the bubbly and choc fondue was yummy. Can't wait to do this again, it was dissapointing when we had to leave

The hotel really listened to our concerns about noise and selected the perfect room for us. The chockie fondue and little 'blue bag' of gifts was lovely, too. Breakfast not the best hotel fare we've ever had, but it was OK, and parking, pillow delivery etc all handled very well.

The service was fantastic, but for the valet (they left our car in the 5minutes parking zone for 2 hours). We received a complimentary goody-bag with a bath bomb, candle and eye mask, and chocolate fondue and champagne later in the evening. The hotel and room were fabulous!

There was no negatives. The staff at Blue were wonderful and very friendly. We had a lovely time, and the rooms were lovely. The history of the building was an added bonus.

Our night away was fantastic. The room was great and the fruit platter was beautiful. I was unable to enjoy the bubbly due to being in the family way, but will pop it open in a few months. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lovely and we both ate far too much. All in all a lovely night away.....we especially loved being able to sleep in....no calls for mummy and daddy.

This Hotel excellent, it located in an old wool shed on the wharf and a lot of it's old wares are brilliantly preserved, the hotel staff are fantastic and will attend to your every need. The hotel is in a great spot located right on the wharf and next to Harry's cafe de wheels.
