Two nights in deluxe accommodation is fantastic, but flying to one of the Hunter's best restaurants by private helicopter is quite another. Experience the perfect weekend away, and escape the stress of life together.

Your experience begins at a Hunter Regional and NSW Tourism Accommodation Award Winner. This beautiful and private location, within a boutique olive grove overlooks vineyards and beautiful dams. The views extend to the Brokenback ranges.

Arrive to your spacious and elegantly decorated private suite. Each suite is unique, boasting a selection of facilities such as king bed or four poster queen beds, balconies or verandah, fireplaces, 5-star bathrooms with spa bath, deep still tub or large open shower. You will also discover a complimentary bottle of wine and grove platter, fine port in crystal decanters and plush robes - inviting you to unwind in comfort and savour the best of the Hunter Valley while watching the sun set over the olive grove, vineyards and mountain ranges.

On the following day you will receive VIP treatment as your helicopter arrives at your accommodation to take you on a scenic flight over the Hunter Valley on your way to your choice of two of the Hunter's most popular restaurants - Esca Bimbadgen or Amanda's On The Edge. Both award winning restaurants have sweeping views of the vineyards and surrounding countryside.

Your privately-chartered helicopter will set you down in front of the restaurant of your choice where you will be met with a glass of champagne. You will then sit back and take in the tranquility and panoramic views while you dine in luxury.

Your dining experience includes a three-course meal and a complimentary bottle of wine.

When you have finished your meal you will re-board the helicopter to return to your retreat. On the way your pilot will take you for a scenic flight over wine country allowing you to take in the magnificent views and collage of vineyards, olive groves and estates below.

    The accommodation is amazing. Our host, Quentin was very welcoming, and it all feels very private and personal. The scenic flight was beautiful, as was lunch at Amanda's. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend away.

    We had an absolutely fabulous weekend. Quentin and Di were wonderful hosts and the accommodation was beautiful. We had a lovely in-room massage and our helicopter flight and lunch at Amandas on the Edge was great. I would recommend this deal to anybody as it really is a once in a lifetime, totally romantic experience!

    We had a wonderful stay in the Hunter Valley and loved the lovely accommodation at Wilderness Grove and the hospitality of our hosts. The scenic flight and lunch at Esca Bimbadgen was excellent. Would definitely recommend this experience.

    The place was fantastic, the helicopter was exciting and the pilot was very friendly. The food at lunch was delicious and the Hunter in general is always great!
