Drink beer! And learn to cook an array of foods to go with it. This Brisbane experience is a great way to spend 3 hours - learning to cook quality, affordable food with minimum effort. This men-only class with up to 16 other blokes will teach you cooking and how to match beers perfectly with food.

During this male only cooking class, you will be given a short safety brief and orientation. Your chef will demonstrate the courses to be cooked, and answer any questions that you might have. You will then break into pairs to prepare the meal under the guidance of your chef.

When all of the meals are ready, we’ll sit down as a group and enjoy the prepared meals! This is when we match the beers with the meal created, and discuss why it works so well!

You'll learn quality skills in food preparation, cooking and presentation. Provide good food, inexpensively, with a minimum of effort. Importantly, you are also taught many of the shortcuts professional chefs use to produce great results quickly - a bonus for guys on the go. By introducing you to the practical theories of cooking, it's a cooking class you can enjoy for a lifetime.

Session Length

The lesson is 3 hours in duration, commencing at 11.30am. This experience operates on Saturdays, and is subject to availability. Please book at least 1 week in advance.

Guidelines:

This is a men’s only cooking class. The cooking school is designed specifically for men of all ages and skill levels, who want more confidence in the domestic kitchen. Participants MUST be 18 years or older.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. We operate with a maximum of 16 people per class. This allows for plenty of individual attention from our chefs. Students usually cook in pairs.
