With an Australian Master Cheesemaker and brilliant Sydney cheesemonger guiding you, how could you miss! This course is an education on not only the science, but the true art of cheesemaking.

Whilst you will learn tonnes, it's not all study! Enjoy a full lunch and cheese course paired with great wines. Like-minded people will also share with you a lovely afternoon tea and snacks. Between all your new knowledge on cheese wine, friendly chat and an impressive new skill, you'll leave immensely satisfied!

Guidelines:

Bring along an apron, and three tupperware containers for all your goodies! Proof of age may be required. The experience is available for under 18s, except wine will not be served in that case.

Numbers:

There is a maximum of 20 people per workshop, so you'll get plenty of attention from the two cheese experts.

Obviously not suitable for dairy allergies! Any food intolerances need to be disclosed prior to confirming a date.

    A great day full of lots of hands on experience and information given by people who really know the cheese business. I recommend this day for anyone wanting to know more about cheese making or just want to have a go.

    Excellent day. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Claudia's knowledge and explanation of cheese was fabulous. Claudia is very very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was so much fun and I'm truly inspired to do more. The after-course information has been fantastic.

    Very enjoyable. Fantastic and motivational. Something quite unexpected and certainly a course that I would recommend to any age group.
