Your wonderful host has spent many years studying ancient Greek cuisine and travelling throughout Greece to explore the ingredients, recipes, people, and culture. Her expertise encompasses food from the Peloponnesus region, the Attica region (Athens), Thessaloniki, and the islands of Crete, Rhodes, Psara, Chios, Aegina, Symi, Tinos, Mykonos, and Santorini.
After working in the kitchen at the Neil Perry restaurant XO, she quickly realised that she wanted to share her recipes and stories of cooking Greek food with others.
She now not only teaches only how to cook wonderful Greek food, she also shares her passion for Greek food and travel on her weekly SBS radio show, and is also a Gourmand winning author!
Her philosophy is, '…simplicity, fresh organic ingredients whenever possible, love, and intuition. Above all, don’t be afraid to have a go and make it a fun and sensual experience. Include friends and family. No rules. No boundaries. I encourage you to explore and experiment and make these dishes your own.'
The classes have a variety of different menus for you to choose from.

The cooking class is approximately three hours. Classes are run on Saturday and some Thursday and Sunday evenings.
