Calling all sweet-tooths! During this cooking class you’ll learn everything you want to know about one of life’s simple pleasures – dessert! Dessert provides a satisfying end to a meal and is a source of much devilish pleasure and delight! Cooking dessert is easy, when you know how.

When you arrive for your cooking class you’ll be offered a refreshment. You’ll then be given a short orientation and safety brief.

Your talented dessert chef will demonstrate the dishes that you will be cooking and answer any questions you have. You’ll then break into pairs and prepare some of the fabulous dishes under the guidance of the chef.

The mouthwatering menu includes 5 varied desserts!

After this course there will be no more shop-bought ice-cream desserts or burnt tarts in the oven. Your chef will show you just how satisfying and easy it is to make your own desserts from scratch!

You'll also learn many of the shortcuts that professional chefs use when cooking in order to produce great results quickly - these are great tips for people on the go! When you've finished cooking you'll sit down with your new friends and eat the delicious desserts you've created.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

This experience is held in the Brisbane suburb of Springwood, Queensland.

Session Length

The lesson is 3 hours in duration, starting at 11.30 and finishing at 12.30pm on Saturdays. Bookings are subject to availability.

This experience is perfect for anyone who has a sweet tooth and loves cooking. The class is suitable for people of all skill levels.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. We operate with a maximum of 16 students per cooking class. During the class you will be cooking in pairs.

Spectators:

Not suitable for spectators.

Weather:

This experience is not affected by the weather.

Other Info:

There are rare occasions when the minimum class number of ten isn't reached. In this instance you would be given three days notice, the chance to reschedule for a later date, or offered the opportunity to participate in one of our other great classes.

Cancellation Policy:

Apart from attendee name, any changes to a booking will incur a $25 administration fee (GST included).

The class was good and fun and the Head Chef was lovely and had some really good suggestions. It is quite a basic course though and more for beginners so I felt I wasn't stretched enough.

The cooking class was amazing! In the day since the experience I have cooked 2 of the recipes and they have turned out perfectly! It was a fun day with friendly people and a wonderful chef. I will be back again for the other classes!
