Take a short trip to dreamy France with the French Bistro Cooking Class. This 3 hour class will have you whipping up delectable French treats such as crepes, tender duck salad and creme brulee in no time, and have bucket loads of fun in the process!

Ahhh mes cheris... this class will take you to romantic France and into a petite bistro with tablecloths and candles and loads of atmosphere. Well, to tell you the truth you'll be in a kitchen, but once you are eating the food, if you close your eyes and just imagine it you'll be there!

Activity Highlights

  • Learn methods taught to real life trainee chefs
  • Enjoy our modern and comfortable kitchen with its state of the art equipment
  • Create Light and airy crêpes with a creamy French herbed cheese and mushroom filling served with vinaigrette dressed leaves. Warm, tender duck salad with herbed garden vegetables and sour cherry jus. To finish nothing beats a really lush creme brulée with a thin layer of caramel to snap through into pure decadence and eat in class
  • Socialise with other participants
  • BYO wine or beer - we provide everything else!

Venue:

The experience is located in the quiet suburb of Bicton, south of the river and Perth city in Western Australia. It is 10 minutes drive from Fremantle and 15 minutes from the CBD and easily accessed from Canning Highway or Preston Point Road.

Session Length

The experience runs for 2.5 - 3 hours. On weeeknights it is a 6.15pm start, and on saturdays we begin at 10.00am. Classes run throughout the year.
