One of the most delicious and exciting asian cuisines; the use of fresh herbs and vegetables to compliment dishes is pure brilliance. You too can become an expert at cooking Vietnamese after this three hour class!

Learn to cook fresh and fragrant Vietnamese like a pro! This class includes learning to create classic Vietnamese dishes as well as some suprises!

Activity Highlights

  • Learn methods taught to real life trainee chefs
  • Enjoy our modern and comfortable kitchen with its state of the art equipment
  • Creat the famous 'Pho' a fragrant soup brimming with rice noodles, tender beef and fresh raw herbs and vegetables. Very simple and utterly addictive fresh rice noodle rolls with seasood cooked in bamboo steamers. Vietnamese Chicken on Coconut Rice with its seriously good Asian dressing and eat it in class.

Venue:

The experience is located in the quiet suburb of Bicton, south of the river and Perth city in Western Australia. It is 10 minutes drive from Fremantle and 15 minutes from the CBD and easily accessed from Canning Highway or Preston Point Road.

Session Length

The experience runs for 2.5 - 3 hours. On weeeknights it is a 6.15pm start, and on saturdays we begin at 10.00am. Classes run throughout the year.

    I had a really good time and met some nice people, the cooking was fantastic and the food was great. I would do another cooking class for sure.
