Overall the presentation was very good indeed with the final product tasting so good one would wish to go home and try themselves immediately. Thank you The extractor fans should be on all the time as many people sneezed and coughed due to the chillies in the air during cooking. A small Head microphone through a PA system would have helped at times .

The event was well organised and very well presented, although it would have been nice to make a dish ourselves, we were able to smell and look at all the spices. Very enjoyable night.

A great evening , very informative with instruction plus notes on the dishes to take away. The aroma built up over the 2 hours of demonstration was too much for the hunger pains but the food experience at the end was something to remember for a long time and cannot be found in your average Indian restauarant.

Latasha was a warm and generous host; sharing her knowledge and food with us in a relaxed and friendly space. It was great fun and we left with very full tummies!
