I enjoyed the cookiing experience, and it was a small group of 8, so we got a lot of attention. It covered a lot of different dishes, in a short space of 1 day. It will take a few days to sort out what was what and read the notes. It was fun and plenty to eat all day.

Lots of information at this class about health benefits of different ingredients and showing correct techniques for preparing dishes. We tried 4 dishes, all delicious and easy to prepare at home.
