Giving that Jamaica has such a rich history of influences, from Spain to Brittan and East India to Holland, it is no wonder this cuisine will change the way you cook your meals.

Throughout this class you will learn how to make one of the most famous Jamaican dishes of all time. Amongst other dishes, Entre, Main, Desert and a Drink, you will never look at BBQ the same again.

    Enjoyable cooking experience, learning about the Jamaican culture and the method in which they cook some of their food. Great tastes and very easy to make. I will definitely buy some of the tangy sauces and use in my kitchen, this was a great Christmas present from my wife. Thanks Boss Man Dave Wheatley
