Become the master of the knife with a simple knife skills course that will see you chopping, slicing and cutting like the professionals! This hands-on course is designed to show you everything you need to know about using knives and will help you improve your work in the kitchen!

Do you see celebrity chefs on TV using their knife skills to perfection and stare in wonder? You don’t need to have professional culinary training to chop and slice like the professionals!

Develop the skills you need to give you confidence in the kitchen as we explore the techniques of good knife skills. Focusing on the correct selection and usage of knives, you’ll learn the skill of filleting, de-boning, vegetable cutting, carving, knife art, sharpening as well as the preservation of knives. You’ll also learn the importance of the right cut to enhance the taste of many types of foods.

This demonstration and hands-on knife skills course will give you the professional touch in your kitchen!
