Join us for a class in Indian Home cooking, in particular the Thali meal. Indian Thali is not just a meal or a dish; it’s a tradition. Through sharing our recipes, traditions are handed down from one generation of cooks to the next. During the class we will talk about the Thali and all its elements, including the culinary history behind it. A cooking demonstration and hands on class in creating a complete meal where participants gain the skills to cook an Indian meal that everyone is able to savour together.
