Once you know the basic flavour combinations it’s easy to create delicious Moroccan inspired dishes. Savour the delights of Morocco with such dishes as tagine, mezze, traditional wood fired pizza, and a range of other traditional dishes.

Kangaroo Valley – 30 minutes from Nowra, 1 hour from Wollongong, 2 hours from Sydney and Canberra

Session Length

Classes run for 3 hours from 10am - 1pm on weekends, or any day/time for groups of 4 or more.

    It was such a great day - the hosts/chefs were lovely, welcoming and the menu they had prepared for us to cook was delicious, even things I wouldn't normally eat, I tried and I loved them. Also it was a menu that you can easily replicate in your own home for day to day cooking - in fact I am making the moroccan lamb pizza for Anzac Day instead of roast lamb!
