Bring the taste of Spain into your life, with the Spanish Tapas Cooking Class. During the three hour class, learn to create tasty morsels of mouthwatering Spanish cuisine that you can then whip up at home for delighted family and friends.

The in- food of the moment! Little plates of delicious Spanish influenced dishes to please even the fussiest Matador! All these recipes can be used for main meals too - so a double value in this class!

Activity Highlights

  • Learn methods taught to real life trainee chefs
  • Enjoy our modern and comfortable kitchen with its state of the art equipment
  • Create versatile classic Green Mojo Sauce and enjoy with crisp paprika potato wedges, hot from the oven. Finger licking sherry and herb chicken will be roasted to golden perfection. An array of traditional tapas 'rapido' will also be on offer. To finish off the class you'll enjoy real hot chocolate with churros to dip!

Venue:

The experience is located in the quiet suburb of Bicton, south of the river and Perth city in Western Australia. It is 10 minutes drive from Fremantle and 15 minutes from the CBD and easily accessed from Canning Highway or Preston Point Road.

Session Length

The experience runs for 2.5 - 3 hours. On weeeknights it is a 6.15pm start, and on saturdays we begin at 10.00am. Classes run throughout the year.

    The class was super - very well run, lots of interesting 'extra info' around cooking in general, not just tapas. Great set up and lovely staff. Highly recommended. Plus we got to eat churros!!!

    Fantastic day. Very hands on. Organisers were great. Very informal, friendly and informative. Can't wait to host my first Tapas dinner party!!
