It was good to attend a non-accredited class where you could just get hooked into learning a basic skill. I learnt what I wanted to learn, not 'you must know this, before you can do that'. Paul was entertaining, he had the right attitude towards the students as a trainer and his knowledge was of a very good level.

Chef /Cook Paul - was humourous. The class did not drag on. The lesson was targeted at a good basic level, so no one would feel as though they could not attempt the cooking. Great value for money!
