After this three hour cooking class, your confidence in cooking Thai cuisine will grow and your ability to balance the hot, sweet, sour, salty flavours in any recipe will become second nature when you discover the purpose of each component in the finished dish.

Attending a hands on class will also provide the opportunity to improve knife skills, which are all important to this style of cooking.

• Create Thai Green Curry of Chicken with Fragrant Rice (including making curry paste from scratch with fresh ingredients), classic stir fried fresh rice stick noodle dish of Pad Thai and fabulous Black Sticky Rice and Tropical Fruit dessert with Coconut Cream and eat it at the end of the class.
