Authentic,Bread-Dunking,TAPAS! You will cook 4 dishes from an array of recipes incl.:Smokey Chorizo & Mussels,Saffron Garlic Chicken flambéed w/ Sherry & Spicy Pimientos. The final menu will be seasonal-you won't be disappointed! Enjoy bubbles on arrival and a glass of wine with your meal.
This is not a demonstration class. It's important that YOU get the chance to do all the cooking - not the chef!
At the start of the class you'll practice knife chopping skills, before being set loose in the kitchen.
With your chef close by to guide and inspire you, you'll learn how to create an amazing Spanish feast to tantalise your guests! You'll learn the correct way to use some of Spain's wonderful products, such as saffron, seafood, garlic, spicy chorizo and heady smoked paprika! And with one chef to each group of 8-13 people, you'll be motivated and feeling kitchen-confident in no time!
Learn some classic tapas, such as chorizo with white wine, garlic, chilli and parsley. This is easy to overcook, but easy to get right...once you know how! You'll also learn how to prepare other classic dishes such as albondigas (savoury meatballs), baby calamari, flambéed prawns and saffron clams (dependant on season and availability), Again, it's all about technique that makes these dishes shine.

Session Length
Totally Tapas Cooking Class is three hours in duration. Saturday & Sunday classes start at 11am and finish at 2pm. Tuesday night classes start at 6pm and finish at 9pm.

Numbers:
The price quoted is for one person. There will be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 people per class. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, the class will be rescheduled for a later date.

I loved the difficult techniques that we learnt such as flambe as this was a totally new and exciting experience. I loved how the food we cooked was easy to make yet delicious. Also, the trainers were enthusiastic, very good communicators, attentive to our individudal needs, answered our questions and helped us to learn. I got a lot of out of it so I'm happy. Can't wait to start cooking the recipies at home.

The staff were amazing making people feel comfortable and at home form the moment of arrival - Martin, Rachel & Maya were briallant hosts for the afternoon and aided in making the class most enjoyable. Would highly recommend this course and company to others.

The Tapas Too lesson was very very very enjoyable. The chefs Rocco & martin were very easy to talk to and also very proffessional at what they did. They also made the lesson fun to do. I highly reccomend this course to any one any age (I'm 65)

What a unique experience! I received the gift for Christmas as I am 'hard to buy for'. I love cooking and it was just perfect. Loved the little tips during the day like how to hold the knife properly. Food was fantastic and the staff were professional with a sense of humour, this made the day totally enjoyable! I will definitely be back.
