We had booked 2 vouchers, one for the adults and one for our children. The staff at the Hotel had a very good customer service attitude: they made sure the kids were well taken care of, our meal requirements were all met (nut allergies), and checked regularly on us. We certainly had an absolutely fabulous time - the food was yummy, the cooking was fun, the kids will remember it for a very long time and are likely to ask to go back there again! A welcome surprise at the end was that they gave...We had booked 2 vouchers, one for the adults and one for our children. Food was lovely and atmosphere great, staff were very helpful and obliging and professional at their job. Just didn't know where we were going once within the venue perhaps signage needed directing patrons where to go.

Booking was easy,got a reply from my email direct to the venue the same day,they even asked if we wanted inside or outside dining and when we were undecided due to our bad summer they said we could decide on the day,friendly staff,lovely venue,fabulous food,would love to go again

I took my partner to this cook your own tapas experience for his birthday and he LOVED it! The food was divine, beautiful and fresh produce that just melted in your mouth, the service was fantastic, wonderful attentive waitresses that weren't pushy or overbearing but were just there when you needed them and gave you plenty of time to enjoy your dinner, all encompassed by the building's old world heritage charm - it was truly a fantastic experience! The icing on the cake was seeing the eyes of my...I took my partner to this cook your own tapas experience for his birthday and he LOVED it! The food was divine, beautiful and fresh produce that just melted in your mouth, the service was fantastic, wonderful attentive waitresses that weren't pushy or overbearing but were just there when you needed them and gave you plenty of time to enjoy your dinner, all encompassed by the building's old world heritage charm - it was truly a fantastic experience!
