Char-grilled Turkish bread served with aged balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
Glazed salmon fillet with teriyaki sauce and seaweed salad
Seared Wagyu Beef Carpaccio drizzled with sesame soy dressing
Pan-fried giants prawns with garlic butter
Char-grilled traditional tribal beef sausages, served with BBQ relish and white polenta cake
Grain-Fed Wagyu Rib-Eye (MB 6+) with a side serving of green peppercorn sauce
Pork Ribs slow cooked in BBQ sauce then flame grilled with a unique basting. Served with roasted baby potatoes
Greek salad
Side serving of crunchy chips
Dessert
A warm chocolate and pistachio fondante with vanilla ice-cream, vanilla crème brulee, mango parfait and chilli chocolate mousse with blood orange sorbet. Served on a platter for two.

Excellent food, great lovely service from staff and such a nice day. We opted for a lunch rather than dinner and loved the atmosphere, but an evening meal would have been great as well. Definitely needed the 2+ hours allotted to get through all the food but all of it was superb. =)

I've purchased RedBalloon gifts for others and also received RedBalloon experiences a number of times. I've never been disappointed and the latest gift of the Ultimate Steakhouse Experience for 2 was one of the very best I've had. The meal was awesome! The staff, the restaurant, the service, the wine and especially the meal were all perfect. I arranged a trip from regional Victoria just to have this experience and it quite simply made the trip.
