    We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch. The food & service were excellant! The $49 parking fee at the nearby parking station was a bit of a shock. Not RedBalloon's fault, though. :)

    Throughout the whole experience was excellent but there is delay from entree to the main meals. It was nearly 45 mins wait which I think it was something need to be Improve on.however,hosts are friendly and professional.

    This was my first time using this service and I must say that everything went off without a hitch. The food was amazing, the service was the best I have experienced for a long time and the fact that everything is nicely packaged and ready to go for the night was just awesome. Highly recommended for a nice meal out on the town!

    Everything was really well organised. When we arrived at the restaurant our table was booked and a special RedBalloon menu was wrapped in our serviettes. The staff were pleasant and they made the whole night a great night!. We Loved It.

    This restaurant was lovely. The food was excellent, large servings and delicious. We were all very full when we left. Also the service from the staff was first class. We went with friends and after a few beers, a bottle of wine and coffee the "extras bill" was quite reasonable which made for a most enjoyable lunch. I would highly recommend this experience.
