The experience was great - there was plenty of food to satisfy the most hungry of people and the wine and cocktails were very good but most of all we have to say how great our waitress Sarah was - always there to make sure all was ok and gave us plenty of time between each course to enjoy our meal. Her friendly attitude and smiles made our experience even more enjoyable. We look forward to our next visit to Melbourne.

The wait staff were very friendly and what was included in our package was well communicated. There was a wide range of choice for mains and the entree platter was great. The chocolate fondant for dessert was to die for! Good choice of cocktails too.

Dinner at The Hotel was beautiful. The service was fantastic. Lovely 3 course meal with something for everyone's taste.Lot's to choose from and dessert was divine. Wine was very nice and cocktails were yummy.

Really professional service. Food was excellent. Cocktails did not disappoint, and I am quite particular about my Long Island Ice Teas. Staff were more than happy to let us move around a little, from smoking outside to a nice private area where we celebrated a great birthday. TOTALLY GO FOR IT!!!

Fantastic experience! The food was amazing and the girl serving us (Allison I'm pretty sure) was absolutely wonderful! We accidently ordered a red wine instead of white and she replaced it for free!

My husband and myself had a wonderful night the hotel's location was just amazing overlooking the Yarra. The food was delicious I could not fault the young lass that looked after us her name was Sarah she made our night special cocktails yummy we even ordered two more and dessert tasting plate fantastic. I would highly recommend this RedBalloon experience to young and old thanks.
