This was a gift for my husband, who was in Melbourne this week and as you know participated in the course on Thursday night. He said it was awesome, and bein an whiskey lover I am sure he will do this course quite often when he is in Melbourne.

The experience was booked, or a request to book was made and I heard nothing from either RedBalloon or Whiskey place for over a week, by this time my requested date had passed. When I called RedBalloon they were incredibly helpful and got my order going straight away which was fantastic, but this initial wait was fairly frustrating. The Whiskey night was fantastic, such helpful and enthusiastic staff, in addition to recommending it, I will be doing it again myself.

Having been a whisky drinker (not whiskey) for a long time, I was surprised by how much I learned. The obsession with whisky that Julian displayed and the understanding he showed were quite amazing. This and the support from Brooke for clients and for Julian's presentation would make me return to the venue.

This Whisky course was a lot of fun. I wish there were other courses so my friends and I can go again
