When you arrive for your treatment you will be given a warm greeting by one of our professional therapists. They will give you a wellbeing questionnaire to fill out and offer you a refreshment to enjoy while you are sitting by the pool.

Once you have put on your robe you will be seated with your feet in a warm foot bath that has been scented with aromatic oils. Your feet will be exfoliated with sea salts and will be left feeling soft and smooth.

You will then lie down on the treatment bed and your therapist will exfoliate your body in preparation for the mud mask. Then warm mud will be applied to your entire body!

The mud wrap is extremely beneficial for dry skin, stimulates circulation and soothes muscles and joints. This is a very therapeutic treatment. The warm mud supplies your skin with vital nutrients and minerals, tightens pores and rids the body of toxins.

Next you are wrapped in a thermal wrap. This keeps the warmth in while your therapist gives you a scalp massage to increase circulation and draw nutrients to your scalp.

To finish, nourishing body milk will be applied over your body to soothe and hydrate your skin. You will be offered a refreshment and your therapist will leave you to take your time and get dressed. You’ll feel fantastic!
