Session Length
We are available for bookings all year round (excluding Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday). Bookings must be made during standard store opening hours and are one hour in duration. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please book 5 - 7 days in advance.

It was really good and on task. They knew what they were talking about. They made me feel welcome. This was a good deal! I am 15 years old and received this as a gift. It was great fun and I felt special.

The experience was brilliant. I had a lady called Ellie give me the lesson and she was excellent. Very knowledgable and put me at ease from the start. I would definitely recommend this to my friend, it was both very enjoyable and informative.

It was a gift and it was helpful in how to apply certain things. They were relaxed and informative and I would recommend this. I do wish I'd had an evening planned afterwards as by the end I wanted to show off my great make up!!

I had a great afternoon. I used this occasion to get my make up done before having my birthday party. She gave great tips and tricks in relation to putting my make up on and used colours that suited not only my skin type, but also colours that brought out the colour in my eyes which I never knew could make such a difference! I loved that I could redeem the voucher on products as well. I would highly recommend this experience.

The guy doing my makeup was really friendly and knew what he was talking about! I was allowed to choose what products I wanted to learn about and got some great information about what to use and why. Highly recommend!

The makeup lesson was great and getting the products as well was well worth it. If there was anything negative it would only be small...the girl who was supposed to take my lesson was away sick so they had a fill in from another store. She was lovely but didn't know where all the products were so had to keep going back and forth plus she also had to keep answering the phone which was a bit annoying. Not her fault as she seemed to be the only one there doing anything so it was a little distractin...The makeup lesson was great and getting the products as well was well worth it. The make up lesson was a great experience for me. I've never worn very much make up ever because i haven't been too sure about how to best apply it. After the lesson i feel a lot more confident with it and learn't a lot. I'm very happy with the make up that I got to take home and hope to go back for more of these make up lessons in the future.

The whole experience was excellent. My make up artist, Peter, was talented, professional and really nice! The only negative side would be that choosing which products you'd like to take home is really hard haha!

The experience was fun. Emma was excellent and patient. I loved the actual experience of the instruction and being sent home with instructions of what I had just learnt as well as product used within the lesson. All my friends compliemented how wonderful I looked with my new make over.

The Makeup Lesson was informative & fun, the staff were very welcoming and versatile. I would like to see the more detailed Napoleon courses on here as when I was there they had full day classes being held which I think for someone like myself I would definitely sign up for.

This is my second RedBalloon Experience, & both have been fantastic. My first experience was a cooking class, my son organized this from Canada, and my sister had organized this make up lesson & product. Both will have lasting lessons learnt from the pleasurable experiences.

I loved every minute of the session, Emily was professional, listened carefully to what I asked and commented on, and re-phrased to clarify exactly what I wanted. She helped me where I needed help and recommended products that I would be able to use effectively and quickly. I'm so excited about trying them all out.

I had a amazing time at my make up lesson. The make up artist showed me alot of different techniques I can use everyday. I will definitely feel more confident putting on my make up. I also think this would make a great gift for teenage girls so they can learn how to put on make up correctly and not put on too much!

Matt , my makeup instructor was knowledgeable and very enthusiastic and very helpful. Certainly not pushy on selling product after the lesson and the hour went very quickly. Something I wouldn't have thought of doing had I not seen it on the website.

I was very happy with the standard of the makeup artist & her professionalism really added to my experience. I have been using the products since my appointment & am in love with the brand.

Emma was very friendly and approachable. I can at times be hesitant in asking questions, however she made me feel very much at ease. Emma provided me with tips to a natural looking application of make (day and night) up and provided me with a hand out to remember the process- very handy indeed!
