Take part in a 360° evaluation - that's a good thing! This experience isn't about picking faults, it's about realising potential! In this session, the assumptions you are making about yourself and your abilities will be constructively challenged. You will become aware of what it is that hinders certain areas of your life.

You'll answer a questionnaire designed to paint a picture of your personality for your coach. From there your coach will help you to:

• Become more aware of self-defeating behaviours
• Recognise and overcome procrastination
• Outline fears and anxieties in order to work above them
• Create definitive steps in building confidence, with benchmarks
• Create bite-sized steps for achieving your goals
• Provide support between sessions
