Treatments were great, atmosphere of day spa was relaxing and staff were very nice and welcoming.

We enjoyed the experience, but thought it would have been enhanced by some kind of body scrub or cleanse. We had the impression (our fault) that we would be having an actual spa, so our anticipation was let down. Massage was great, but we both felt we missed some sort of skin contact (all done through a towel). Our masseurs were very professional and lovely.

The massage was fantastic but perhaps an even better option would be to let the customer have more choice on the overall type of massage provided. I will however visit this spa again :)

Professional, friendly staff in a quiet, comfortable environment. We were very, very happy with our couples voucher. After a foot soak, body and head massage we floated home, completely relaxed and happy. Our therapists both used slow, soothing rhythms that had us weaving in and out of sleep during the treatments. Would highly recommend the Spa and looking forward to trying out all of their other treatments!

I bought the experience to share with my friend for his birthday. The staff were lovely and our massages were fantastic! We felt very pampered and were smiling for the rest of the day.

We both enjoyed it very much. Though the welcome at the desk was not all that warm, the two masseuse who did the massage were friendly and obviously very skilled. The atmosphere was great and we both felt very relaxed afterwards.

We had a great experience I would recommend it to anyone. The RedBalloon gift card was so easy to use and the people at Red Hill were so nice and gave us an unforgettable treatment . Hopefully we will do it again in the future:)

This place is fantastic, the staff are really nice and very helpful, the venue itself is very relaxing and tranquil, you are well looked after and we left here totally relaxed, being a bloke I only went with the wife to keep her happy, but I think now that the ladies may be onto something here, the massage I got was excellent, just what I needed.

The girls at the experience provider were fabulous !! Their Professionalism and talents were sensational.
