There is no better way to combine a delicious lunch and a wonderful cruise on the magnificent Swan River than on this scenic cruise. Enjoy a mouth watering buffet lunch, reflecting Western Australia’s abundant seasonal fresh produce, while cruising along the Swan River in the afternoon sun.
Available daily from both Perth and Freemantle, the Fremantle Lunch Cruise is unique and incredibly popular. Upon boarding you are shown to your reserved table. Complimentary tea or coffee is served during the cruise downstream. As you cruise the calm waters from Fremantle, you are invited to enjoy the cold buffet selection offering a mixed variety of gourmet salads (e.g potato, pasta, rice), Australian prawns and mixed continental meats with chutneys and mustards. A brace of tempting hot dishes such as mild Indian curry and deep pan vegetarian lasagne complement the salads, all followed by a refreshing fruit platter. With a fully stocked bar onboard why not enhance your light lunch with an ice cold beer, chilled chardonnay or smooth shiraz - now including a complimentary glass of house wine, draft beer or soft drink - at no extra cost!

Bench style seating was difficult to get in and out of. More lemon water and napkins for the prawns when more than two people dining would be helpful. Had a really lovely leisurely cruise. Commentary was good. All the staff were very friendly.A very relaxed atmosphere. Our interstate visitors were very delighted with their day!!!!

Hello, it was a beautiful autumn day in Perth for this luncheon cruise down the river to Fremantle and return, very well organised, lovely food and good drinks and we both enjoyed it thoroughly. The only small point I would make is that the commentary was not that clear so it was hard to hear some of the points being made along the local shoreline. Overall, a very memorable day, thank you.

I think the captain could have given a more infomative commentary.It didn't matter to me as I am a local but I'm sure visitors to Perth would hsave liked abit more info. The buffet meal was excellent!!

My husband and I enjoyed the day very much. There was only one thing that was a little annoying, nothing to do with the cruise or staff - it was parent's who take no responsibility for their kids and just let them run amok screaming and creating a lot of noise. It annoyed us and we did hear a couple of other passengers complaining amongst themselves. Maybe it could be just a polite request when the captain is introducing herself and the staff and outlining the day if parents could be asked to...My husband and I enjoyed the day very much. We had a nice, relaxing experience. The staff were friendly, and the skipper provided interesting information about properties and suburbs as we cruised down the river. We both enjoyed our meals, and the drinks were reasonably priced.
