Climbing aboard our luxury 'pioneer-style' Clydesdale-drawn wagons, wine lovers will discover the 'sweet treats of the Swan Valley'. Sample premium wines, liqueurs, fresh nougat, natural honey, sundried fruits as we follow the trail deep into the heart of the vineyards!

Your unique horse adventure tour begins when you are introduced to our friendly Clydesdale horses, before climbing aboard luxury 'pioneer-style' weatherproof wagons. For the next 3.5 hours we will introduce you to the many tastes, sights and experiences synonymous with this historic wine region of the Swan Valley.

Wagons Ho! We’re off to discover the 'sweet treats' of the Swan Valley. First stop is Charlie's Estate Wines and Nougat Boutique – here you'll sample wines from various regions including the Swan Valley as well as sweet, fresh nougat.

Climbing back on the wagons, we head deep into the heart of the vineyard. Traveling through the lines, you'll enjoy a close up view of the grapes. At various seasonal times, you can even touch and taste the fruit.

On weekends, you'll visit a number of selected wineries to enjoy premium wine tasting, plus other regional treats like garlic olives and macadamia nuts, as well as unique Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery to discover didgeridoo, boomerang, bush tucker and unique hand made crafts.

Midweek, the trails will visit historic All Saints Church located on the banks of the Swan River to appreciate our precious pioneering past.

Back on the bush tracks, our trail slowly travels lakeside to the scented pine forest, lush olive grove and deep into the heart of the natural wetland bird sanctuary.

Our final winery visit will include sampling home-made jams, pickles, relishes, sauces and butters, sun-dried fruits and 100% natural honey and of course premium wines and fine liqueurs. A leisurely trail lakeside to the Base concludes the relaxing afternoon.

We had a wonderful day! We were fortunate enough to choose a midweek day when my husband and myself were the only people on board and we were treated like royalty. Hats off to Toffee, our tour guide who knew exactly where she was going! oh and her owner and driver did a mighty fine job too lol We will be back and next time we will be bringing friends. The children loved the fact that they could sit at the front of the coach with the guide while we meandered along the tracks! All in all an excellent morning out - thank you!

An excellent afternoon. The operator was very knowledgeable and informative as well. Would have liked an additional winery in the tour - however no complaints.
