Horse Ride Along The Shoreline Of Moore River
Explore the beauty of the Moore River, enjoying the abundant flora & fauna, the crisp clean waters of the Moore River and Gingin Brook. Approximately 1.5 hours, this ride is perfect for beginners, allowing you the opportunity to enjoy the unspoilt beauty of the area, getting truly off-road!
These rides offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed and safe ride in a truly beautiful piece of bushland. Riding through farmland, crossing the water & following the beautiful shoreline of the pristine Moore River, all the quiet horses are handpicked for their job and we have horses suited to all riders experience levels.
Activity Highlights:
- Explore the Australian Bush, as the early settlers did – on horseback!
- Follow the Moore River and a section of the historic North Road Stock Route.

Venue:
A little over an hour from the centre of Perth, the experience is located only 15 minutes north of Yanchep.
Session Length
The River Ride takes about 1.5 hours. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time to allow plenty of time to register, get kitted out & get some instruction prior to riding out. Our ride times vary according to the season. During summer we are riding at 2:00 and 4:30.
Guidelines:
No pregnant women. Minimum age is 8 years old. Maximum weight is 100kg.
Numbers:
Our minimum number of riders is two, with a maximum of 8. There will be two experienced staff accompanying all rides. Larger groups can be accommodated with a few days notice.
Spectators:
The experience itself is not suitable for spectators, however other guests are welcome to sit back and relax in our bushland surroundings, or we can direct you to some great coffee and cake, or to other great local attractions.
Weather:
We don’t take out rides in very high winds or when there is any threat of a thunderstorm, but we’ll let you know early and offer a reschedule to suit you!

Great set up for horse riding, first time riders will love the experience. No toilets on sight make sure you visit the cafe for lunch before hand.

We thoroughly enjoyed our scenic horse ride - the horses were well trained and the trail leader was highly experienced and very friendly.My 73 year old father loved it and so did my 16 year old son. An afternoon for the whole family! Definitely will go there again.
