Take a friend horse riding and see Sydney’s fabulous Centennial Park from the comfort of your saddle. Your personal guide will prepare you and your horse and will accompany you through out this scenic ride of not so often seen parts of Centennial Park. An hour’s tour of Sydney like none other!

Starting at our rustic stables within Centennial Park you will be prepared with the necessary equipment for horse riding.

The trip itself is a one hour fully guided horse ride around Centennial Park including full pre-brief, quick riding hints and tips and lots of other info you may wish to learn about.

PLEASE NOTE: This ride is approximately one hour in duration, however, if the rider is more experienced the duration may be shorter, due to the fact the the track is a specific length.

There is a participant weight restriction of 100kg for this experience.

For Saturday rides, you should book at least 14 days in advance of your preferred date.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Session Length

Allow approximately 2 hours (1 hour on the actual ride, dependant on rider ability). Please note: start times may vary. Rides do run late from time to time as horses are animals and can be unpredictable. New riders take time to get used to horses and this can result in a ride running late.

Guidelines:

Ideal for any age, even young Olympic aspirants of 7 years upwards. (Pony leads may be available for younger children aged 3-5 and will last only 30 minutes as opposed to the longer ride adults will experience, this is because extra resouces are necessary to undertake the leads).

Numbers:

The price quoted is for 2 people. There will be other people on the horse ride with you.

Driza-Bones coats supplied for light rain.

Available 7 days. Opening hours Monday to Friday 9-5pm, Weekends 7.30-5pm. Park rides times may change according to the seasons as they are dependent on the park opening hours. We recommend leaving valuables in your car or at home as responsibility cannot be taken for belongings left on the premises

    We really had a great day, the staff were all very courteous, friendly, and very supportive esp. to me coz it's my first time. I think the horses are all trained and very calm indeed.

    We really enjoyed our ride. It was a very unique experience, through beautiful Centennial Park. We loved every moment and have been talking and laughing about it since while telling our friends and family. We loved the horses, the park and views were just fantastic. We felt in good hands all the way as this was our first horse ride and thank the girls who took us out for their care. We are definitely doing this again. Thanks guys.

    The girls were very friendly and offered assistance to both myself and my daughter. I really enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the park and saw a lot of things that I didn't realise were even there. It was great.

    The staff at the Moore Park stables were extremely friendly and very understanding of my experience with horse riding. I would recommend this experience to everyone and the horses were very beautiful too!

    Staff were very experienced and lovely. Present from my 13 year old daughter for my 40th birthday and her first time riding and she is hooked - loved it !
