This horseriding day over Victoria's high country is the adventure day to end them all! See scenery you can't imagine, eat traditional yet gourmet food, and get to know Victoria's friendliest horses. This experience captures the wonderful Australian spirit in one magnificent day!
Prior to your horse ride, your guides will match you to a horse and brief you on the days plan. The day of riding will take you through the Alpine National Park, alongside and through clear rivers and following bush tracks. You will ride up and over rolling mountains and across sprawling farm lands.
A picnic lunch of tasty, thick sandwiches, home made slice or cakes and fresh fruit is taken somewhere scenic. On a hot summers day, it's possible for both you and the horse to go for a swim.
There's a variety of horses, colours, breed and temperament, to suit all standards of riders. Experienced riders who enjoy the bush and 'off road' tracks will find plenty. Those who don't like the bush can enjoy a more open ride. If you are an experienced rider and you wish to break away from the group, you will be able to do this at intervals. And if you are riding with a friend who is less experienced, it might be possible for you to take them along with you.
If a novice rider, it's possible to tailor a ride to suit you with instruction prior to and during the ride.
This experience treats you to a day of fresh country air and spectacular scenery leaving you with memories to be treasured.
This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
