Fishing Charter - Half Day
This saltwater sport fishing charter takes you off into the deep blue for a great time on the ocean! Our vessel is equipped with a range of rods and reels for various kinds of fishing and crew provide expert advice. Small group sizes and personalised coaching make this a deluxe fishing experience!
On the day of your experience we leave the wharf at 7am or 12:30pm for a five hour fishing charter. You will be heading out into the ocean in our 34’ Seatamer sport-fishing flybridge cruiser. These boats are believed by many professional fishermen to be among the best for this kind of fishing adventure.
Our crew will begin by introducing you to the vessel and equipment and will give you a rundown of our safety procedures. Our boat is equipped with all the required safety equipment and we are compliant with State safety standards.
Our boat is also equipped with a galley, coffee facilities, fridge and freezer, hot and cold running water, LCD TV with ability to run an Ipod, CD or DVD and comfortable seats. A shower and toilet are located in the front cabin.
All rods, reels and bait are provided during your fishing trip and our crew will provide fishing advice and tuition, if required. We have a range of quality Shimano rods and reels as well as Shakespeare light spinning gear. A GPS and sounder help us locate seabed structures and allow us to return to particular fishing hot spots. Coffee, tea, soft drinks and some hot dogs are also provided.
Once we are out on location you will cast your line and wait for the bite! Snapper, leatherjacket, flathead, kingfish and trevally are all fish that you may catch on the day. Sit back and enjoy the freedom of being out to sea with your fishing buddies.
But the fun doesn’t necessarily stop when you get back to shore. All legal-sized fish you catch will be cleaned and ready for you to take home after your fishing trip so that you can enjoy your catch with your family and friends!

Venue:
Cronulla/Port Hacking approximately 25 km south of the Sydney CBD. It is 30 minutes by car and also on the Blue train line to Cronulla.
Session Length
This experience is available seven days a week. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. Departures are 7am or 12:30pm unless you have made other arrangements. Please allow approximately five hours for this experience. This product will available from July 2011 onwards.
Guidelines:
This experience is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. No experience is necessary as our crew will provide expert fishing advice and tuition if required.
Numbers:
The price quoted is for one person. We operate with a minimum of six and a maximum of eight people per fishing trip. If minimum numbers are not met, we may need to reschedule your fishing trip for a later date.
Spectators:
Not suitable for spectators.
Weather:
This experience may be affected by the weather. In the case of poor weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your experience for a later date. Unless you hear from us, your fishing experience is confirmed.
Other Info:
All rods, reels and bait are provided on the day; however you are welcome to bring your own equipment. You may BYO alcohol, provided that it is consumed responsibly and towards the end of the trip. You may also want to bring medication if you suffer from seasickness.

My Son and I had a Fantastic day on the water. Roland (Skipper) and Craig (Decky) did a magnificent job of putting us on the Fish with a multitude of species caught. The Lads kept our Worms at Bay with their famous Hotdogs and kept us well looked after. I would like to thank Both Rowan and Craig for a Memorable Day with my Boy!! Mark.

Despite the rough sea conditions, and less than perfect fishing results, the day was fantastic. Our hosts Roland and Steve were: - comprehensive in their briefings and instructions - punctual with their departure and arrival times - compassionate toward those not feeling 100% - gentle with those who did not understand the finer technicalities of fishing - ruthless in their decision making regarding whether a fish was kept or returned - superb at cooking hotdogs, providing drinks and baitin...Despite the rough sea conditions, and less than perfect fishing results, the day was fantastic. Our hosts Roland and Steve were: - comprehensive in their briefings and instructions - punctual with their departure and arrival times - compassionate toward those not feeling 100% - gentle with those who did not understand the finer technicalities of fishing - ruthless in their decision making regarding whether a fish was kept or returned - superb at cooking hotdogs, providing drinks and baiting hooks - the providers of many a fine fishing tale and other humorous anecdotes In summary it was a day to remember for a number of reasons. I bought this experience as a Christmas gift and I have been told it was the best gift ever! The boys really enjoyed their day out, loved the boat crew, said they were very professional and knowledgeable, they caught loads of fish and can't wait to do it again.

Roland and Tim were fantastic hosts on the fishing charter. They went out of their way to ensure we all took home a few fish. Roland has a really great boat. We had a really fun morning, well done guys!

With a strong southerly, cloudy and rain, Roland and Craig were able to get us on to the fish! Both were very accommodating and friendly. We are planning our next trip out with them. A great day!!!!!
