Come jet boating through the magnificent Sydney Harbour and travel at speeds of up to 75km/h, fuelled by the full power of the jet boat engine. This jet boat ride is the ultimate sightseeing adventure. Brace yourself for amazing jet boating manoeuvres, such as 270-degree spins and power break stops!
Imagine racing at 75km/h through Sydney Harbour, then sit back and hang on during your jet boat ride while we unleash the full power of the jet engine.
Our jet boats have been specifically designed and built to not only meet all Australian Standards and New South Wales Waterway specifications, but also to perform the amazing manoeuvres of a jet boat in safety. The boat has a 20-degree dead-rise which gives the vessel a smoother ride through the occasional rough conditions of Sydney Harbour.
Bucket seats (the first of its kind in a jet boat) and safety handrails have been fitted to maximise the comfort and safety of all passengers.
Hang on while we blow your mind with a series of amazing manoeuvres, including 270-degree spins, wild fish tails and awesome power break stops.
PLEASE NOTE: Between the NSW April School Holidays and the NSW October School Holidays we do not operate on Mondays - excluding public holidays and NSW July school holidays.
This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Venue:
Sydney CBD.
Session Length
Get set for 35 heart-stopping minutes, available everyday throughout the day. Through cooler months/ non-school holidays (27 Apr - 13 Jul and 24 Jul to 5 Oct) the boat runs Thursday to Sunday.
Guidelines:
A minimum height restriction of 130cm applies. Please note: People who have had neck or back injuries should not participate in this experience.
Numbers:
The price quoted is for one person. We have three different boats that can operate on the day. They include, 'HJ2' which seats up to 22 passengers, 'HJ1' which seats up to 14 passengers and 'Foxy' which can seat up to 10 passengers.
Spectators:
Spectators can watch your jet boat ride from the wharf.
Weather:
A full weatherproof canopy has been added to the design of the jet boat, however if weather conditions are hazardous, as determined by us (such as high swell or poor visibility), your adventure may be rescheduled.

The Jetboat experience was an amazing way to view the harbour. My partner and I had a great time with the speed, views and tricks the boat driver did made our experience one to remember and probably do again.

The boat ride was awesome and I'd definitely go again. It would have been great to have a couple of photo opportunities but we were too far from the harbour once the jet thrills started to get observers to take photos. Still, it was awesome fun!

The Jetboat experience was amazing and I recommend for everyone to experience the thrill of it. Very polite employees and well worth the money. It was a 50 minute joy ride and something we will never forget. I also would like to say RedBalloon is a great website and I will be getting vouchers from RedBalloon for gifts in future. We received a voucher as a birthday gift and that was a fantastic gift otherwise we would not have done the jet boating.

It was our 24th wedding anniversary & my wife had mentioned to me a few weeks earlier that she wanted to take a ride in a jet boat. The staff were great & had a good sense of humor. The ride was a blast. We both had a great time. We certainly do this again.
