Get out and about for a three-day kayaking tour across beautiful Corner Inlet in Victoria. Sea kayaking is a fantastic way to settle your senses. Think the gentle splash as your kayak paddle hits the water, as well as snorkelling, beautiful granite rocks, bushwalking and spectacular remote islands!

This is a unique, once-in-a-life-time adventure. Corner Inlet is a spectacular area of granite rocks plunging into azure, clear water. Stunning pink granite rocks separate the coves. There area is so beautiful that you will not want to leave!

On day one of your kayaking adventure you will meet your group at Port Welshpool and pack your kayaks. We then paddle for 3 – 4 hours across Corner Inlet and Five Ways to Tine Mine Cove. Tin Mine Cove is remote and beautiful. There is a creek with drinking water and great snorkelling off the beach!

You will spend the whole of day two in this special place – visiting islands, bushwalking and snorkelling. Bring your snorkelling gear so you can get a good glimpse of the abundant marine life in the area. You might also see dolphins, seals, sea eagles, cormorants and Cape Baron geese on the journey. This is one of the most scenically spectacular areas in Australia!

On day three we will make the return journey to the mainland.

Please Note: You will need to bring your own camping gear and food. You will be briefed prior to your trip on what to pack and what to expect.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Departing from Port Welshpool, Victoria – approximately three hours south-east of the Melbourne CBD.

Session Length

This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year. It is also available by appointment, providing you have a minimum of four participants. This is a three-day experience.

Guidelines:

You should be 16 years of age or older, be able to swim 100m nonstop, be reasonably fit and have some basic paddling experience. You will need to bring camping gear and food for two nights away. You might also want to bring your camera. An equipment checklist will be provided after booking.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for two people. There will be a minimum of four and a maximum of 10 people in the group. Most kayaks are double however single kayaks can be supplied to experienced paddlers upon request.

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome to watch as you set off on your 3-day kayaking adventure!

Weather:

This experience may be affected by the weather. We do operate in the rain however in the case of extreme or very windy conditions we may reschedule your experience for a later date.

Other Info:

You will need to sign a waiver and medical forms prior to participating in this experience. All staff have at least five years experience and are qualified under Canoe Australia. They are also first aid qualified. All safety equipment is supplied.
