This lesson is the fastest and safest way to learn and develop solid kite skills before you attempt to use a kite board.
80% of kiteboarding is kite control so you'll need to know the basics before we can really get started! This beginner's lesson takes place entirely on the sand because safety is paramount in kiteboarding. As part of your lesson you will be introduced to the following selecting equipment, local site orientation, the 'wind window', safety systems, flying power-kites, full sized 4-line inflatable kites, set-up, launching/landing, the power zone, basic kiteboarding etiquette and more.
This is the first step to becoming an extreme kiteboarder, and a step you shouldn't kiteboard without!

Session Length
Closed only on Christmas Day and New Years Day, this experience is open 7 days a week. Since it's private tuition, timings are all about you! This lesson is 60 minutes packed with info.
Guidelines:
Anyone from 12-60 can learn to kiteboard!
Numbers:
Just you and your instructor! Definately the most efficient way to learn.
Spectators:
Spectators are more than welcome, particularly for when you're up and running!
Weather:
95% of beach weather is suitable for kiteboarding. We will call you up to an hour beforehand if it doesn't look good and reschedule at no cost to you. If you live more than 30 mins away, give us a call before you leave to confirm weather is fine for kiteboarding.
Suitability Information:
Kiteboarding is suitable for the hearing impaired but may be difficult for sight or mobility impaired people. Feel free to give us a call if you're unsure about your own suitability.
