The Yachting Multi Race Regatta is a very unique exercise in teamwork. Motivate your staff with a hands-on team-building experience on Sydney Harbour and set the winds of motivation, leadership and cooperation behind your sails. Yachting is also a great way to reward your staff and clients.

When you arrive for your Multi Race Regatta the participants are divided into teams and allocated to yachts which range in length from 33-45ft. After a short briefing on the wharf the teams board the yachts and receive another briefing from the skipper. The yachts then proceed to the starting area. Here there will be further instruction, this time on how to perform the crewing duties.

The Yachting Multi Race Regatta package includes three short windward races around both natural and laid marks on Sydney Harbour. The committee boat keeps score of each race and records details of position changes as the yachts race against each other.

This is an excellent team-orientated exercise with all hands-on deck and back-to-back races. After racing the results are given at the debrief back at the dock.

Please Note: The price quoted is for one person however a minimum booking of 12 is required.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Session Length

The Multi Race Regatta is available seven days a week, by appointment only. The duration of your experience will be four hours, with two to three hours spent on the water.

Guidelines:

No previous sailing experience is required and full training is given on board by a fully qualified skipper. Engraved trophies can be arranged for the winning team at an extra cost.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person however we need a minimum of 12 participants to operate. We can accommodate groups of up to 400 people - please contact us to inquire. Teams consist of between 6 - 14 people.

Spectators:

Additional vessels are available for spectators however this is charged at the same rate as for people actively participating in the regatta.

Weather:

This experience may be affected by the weather. In the case of adverse wind conditions your experience may be rescheduled for a later date. Cancellation is at the supplier's discretion.

Other Info:

All yachts are in full NSW Waterways Safety Survey and our skippers strictly comply with the manning requirements of NSW. A security bond of $500 per yacht applies, authorised on a credit card and cleared within 5 working days. It covers loss, theft or damage to the vessel.
