This 4-Day Torquay Surfing Trip has it all wrapped up for you! From Melbourne, you'll be bussed down to Torquay for 4 days of surfing heaven. Equipment included, breakfast and lunch included, accommodation included - all you have to do is surf, surf, relax and surf!

After being picked up from a convenient location in Melbourne, you'll embark on a relaxed trip for an hour, travelling south past Geelong. Your first day will set the mood - morning and afternoon surfing lessons! You'll have highly qualified instructors showing you how to have the time of your life. Learn all about types of waves, board info and most importantly, how to catch (and hold onto!) waves. Most people will be standing up and having the time of their lives by the end of the first day!

Your accommodation is a comfortable, privately owned surf cabin which is shared accommodation with the Torquay Holiday resort. Enjoy breakfast every morning and appreciate the freedom of three more days being taught and encouraged constantly in the surf, or exploring local areas. We'll have people you can go with to Bells Beach, the awesome Surf World Surf Museum, local shopping or wherever.

Of course your transfers back to Melbourne are all part of the package. This experience is the real deal - you've got 4 whole days of tuition and practice to become a real pro!

Venue:

This experience departs from the World Trade Centre, Melbourne, and tours the Great Ocean Road, including Bells Beach. Accommodation and most surf is based in Torquay.

Session Length

It's 4 whole days and 3 nights. This experience leaves daily throughout the year (with the exception of August). Please note: This experience is not available on Christmas, Boxing or New Years days.

Guidelines:

You just need decent fitness and no medical conditions that are anti-surf.

Numbers:

There will me a maximum of 14 in a group.

Weather:

We only cancel our surf tours when there is no swell (meaning it's flat), but luckily for us having numerous surf beach permits there is always a spot we can surf!

Other Info:

We supply everything for you, including wetsuit! You can also buy a DVD of your trip or a massage whilst you're there. All coaches are highly experienced, keen, qualified to a minimum of level 1 surf coaching and trained in first aid - you'll never have a better chance to learn surfin'!
