Don't be left on the dry side of the tank! Swimming with the Seals is a once in a lifetime opportunity to take part in an interactive swim and play with these lovable creatures. You will also get up close and personal with one of the seals for a fishy seal kiss, followed by a backstage visit.

These wonderful seal swim experiences are scheduled daily. Take a backstage visit of Seal Cove that journeys through the food preparation area to the seal habitats. You will then take the plunge for a 15 minute interactive swim and play with the gorgeous seals and receive a photo taken of you swimming with the seals.

This experience also includes entry to the aquarium so after your seal swim you can spend some time looking at more of the underwater world.

Please note: This experience is unavaliable between February 15th 2012 and March 30th 2012.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Sunshine Coast, one hour north of Brisbane.

Session Length

This experience operates daily throughout the year, subject to availability. Allow 1.5 hours in total. You will need to be at the venue for 12.30pm allowing you enough time to get through the gates and sign your indemnity form. You will attend the 1.00pm experience (or 1.30pm in school holidays).

Guidelines:

Swimmers must be over 13 years,and be capable swimmers and in good health. All people undertaking a seal swim must sign an indemnity form.

Numbers:

Swimming with the seals is a very exclusive, with only 6 spots available daily.

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome and there are various locations where your guests can take great pictures and film you. There is undercover seating, café and toilets near by also. Please note that this is a paid attraction and any spectators wishing to watch will need to pay general entry.

Other Info:

The water in the seal pool in pumped and filtered in from the ocean and therefore the temperature of the pool will be on average the same as the ocean. The seal swim includes entry to the aquarium for one person, so you can spend time looking around before or after your experience.

    The swim with the seals is a great present idea. The swim was awesome and i had a lot of fun. I'll definitely do it again :)

    Should be more communication about what is happening with the swim and more about the seals. Had a great time though!!!
